Program Organization and Structure
Amarillo Blades Program (Beginning Instruction)
This is a beginning fencing program for
persons ages 8  to adult.  Instruction in the
history and techniques of modern foil fencing

Amarillo Salle de Armes Program
Techniques of advanced principles of modern fencing, including foil, epee, and
saber. Students move into this program only with  permission of the instructor or by
challenging into the program  Fencers  study the basic techniques and development
of the skills of the referee, as well as learning basic concepts of armory too.  
High Plains Fencing
Since 2002 the High Plains Fencing Academy has produced competitive fencers,
referees and coaches  that have traveled and competed all over the USA in various
levels of fencing.    If you are interested in the modern sport of fencing, we have a
place for you.
At the High Plains fencing Academy we cater to
ALL levels of fencing from beginner to
advanced competitive to recreational and
relaxed.  Our goal is to teach the modern
competitive sport of fencing to anyone
interested.
Overview
Amarillo Cadre
Our cadre  program is for our advanced and competitive fencers that want to give
back to the program and learn the art of coaching while continuing their progress as
competitive fencers.  Cadre members are selected each season from the Amarillo
Salle de Armes Program
